         Refund Policy

1.Booking and Payment Policy

  • To secure your spot, a rupee 2000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 2 days before the retreat start date.

2. Cancellations by Participants

  • If canceled 15 Days before the retreat start date: Participants will receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • If canceled less than 7 Days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.

  • No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend.

3. Cancellations by the Organization

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as non-refundable flights, transportation, or other travel expenses.

4. Transfer of Booking

  • Participants may transfer their booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat, subject to prior approval.

  • A transfer fee of 1000 rupee may apply.

5. Travel Insurance Requirement

  • We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, or trip interruptions.

6. Force Majeure

  • Refunds or rescheduling may not be available in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund or transfer, participants must email at [banajarayogi.retreat@gmail.com] with their full name, booking details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 days of approval.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following expenses are non-refundable:

    • Deposits.

    • Add-on services (e.g., private yoga sessions, excursions).

    • Merchandise or products purchased.
